Hi, I’m Moshe.

And I’m so glad you’re here.

Do you remember the joy of holding your newborn: the closeness, the love, the sense of meaning? Over time, that joy can give way to exhaustion, frustration, and even resentment toward the very child you once delighted in. Many parents find themselves overwhelmed, reactive, and wondering how things became so hard.

I know how draining it is when your home feels tense instead of peaceful. Change is possible.

Love matters – but parenting also requires coaching, insight, and practical skills. Parenting counseling and support for stress and anxiety are my primary areas of focus. I help parents and individuals move out of survival mode and back into calm, clarity, and connection.

Getting started

Taking the first step toward support doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Here’s how we get in touch:

1

Reach Out

Fill out the contact form here, send me a quick email, or text “hello.” No pressure: a simple message is enough.

2

The 15-Minute Chat

A brief, no-cost phone or video consultation. Share what’s going on and see if my style feels like a good fit.

3

Find a Path Forward

If it feels right, we’ll schedule your first full session. If not, I can help point you toward other resources or providers who may be a better match.

The first session is just a conversation. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you hope to address, and I’ll answer your questions. It’s low-pressure and exploratory.

A good fit means you feel safe, heard, respected, and confident that I have the knowledge, expertise, and experience to help you reach your goals. I recommend a 15-minute consultation first. If it’s not a match, I can connect you with another provider.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients benefit from a few months of focused work; others pursue longer-term support for deeper patterns. We’ll check in regularly to ensure your needs are met.

Talking is important, but sometimes words aren’t enough. I incorporate breathing exercises, mindfulness, and guided imagery to help your body feel safe and regulated in the moment: tools you can use outside of sessions, as well.

Yes, PET is effective for infants, toddlers, adolescents and even adult children. Its focus on communication and conflict resolution benefits families at every stage.
